About Me

I was recently a co-showrunner for Divorce Ranch, a western noir audio drama for Good Story Guild, a writer-owned and run studio.

My goal with every project is to make a spinach smoothie disguised as a milkshake. I write across a variety of genres, but my work is unified by one mission: taking difficult themes and presenting them in a deliciously entertaining way. I tell stories that nurture, inform and inspire, but most importantly: entertain!

I’m a former investigator turned screenwriter, currently living in LA. Through my work as a writer I’ve found my way into directing and producing. Before becoming an international private investigator, I studied theater intensively through summer programs at NYU’s Tisch School and Brown University and received a BA in Rhetoric with a minor in Theater from UC Berkeley.

I was deeply involved in the theater community at UC Berkeley (acting in, directing and writing plays), but it was not until I became an investigator that I was inspired to become a screenwriter. I realized that the fascinating stories I encountered during my corruption and asset tracing investigations were best suited for the screen. Through a combination of classes and independent study, I taught myself to write for film and in 2016, I began writing full-time.
